North Building
Our three-story North Building is set behind a residential apartment complex. Also known as our annex building being across Thomas Street, it will give you the feeling of what it’s like to live by the beach in Pacific Beach. Out your front door and down the stairs to the street, you can instantly feel the culture and beach-side vibes. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building and no ocean views from the room, but these units are the most affordable if you’re looking for an inexpensive get-away. With a grocery store conveniently across the street, cooking meals in the room can drastically lower your vacation expenses.
In one large open floorplan, the studios are one of the most spacious rooms at the hotel. Each unit has two queen beds, and a queen size pullout sofa. These units are popular when we offer our monthly rates in the off-season (winter). They are also popular for large groups that need to accommodate a lot of people for the most reasonable rate. Among the plentiful sleeping accommodations, this room has a dining table enough to easily seat 6 people, a living space with couch and loveseat, a double sink vanity, and a fully equipped kitchen. Roll away beds are available at a nominal fee to accommodate up to 5 people.
