Next to the living room area is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with: full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, double-bowl kitchen sink, pots & pans, cooking & eating utensils, kitchen towels, liquid dish detergent, toaster, and, upon availability and request, special utensils & small appliances, (such as blenders, colanders, pitchers, etc.).

To accommodate a slightly larger party than our standard one bedrooms, our Large One Bedrooms have two double beds in the bedroom. We accommodate up to 5 people in these rooms where you’ll find a bit more space and square footage. Either it’s because you have a larger group, or just want that extra leg room, the large one bedroom allows you to stretch out a bit more. With a dining table of 6 chairs next to the living room area, you’ll have enough room for an intimate setting between family and close friends. Seating is available outside every accommodation so you can absorb the ocean atmosphere and outdoor environment. Roll away beds are available at a nominal fee to accommodate up to 6 people.
Main Building
Our main building stands three-stories tall behind the cottages, and all rooms in the main building face out towards the ocean. A shared balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floor allows comfortable seating to enjoy the sight and the sounds of Southern California’s Pacific Beach. Although no view from the ground floor units, the front door conveniently leads right into the courtyard. All apartments include a separate bedroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Every living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa.
